AIRPORT TO BE NAMED AFTER QUEEN ELIZABETH II.

“ This is tribute to the great Queen and her Uncle who had a fondness for France , as well as a recognition of the ‘most British French resorts’” emphasized the statement from the King Charles III to Le Touquet.
King Charles III of England confirmed Touquet Paris Plage airport’s being named after his late mother Queen Elizabeth II to Elizabeth II Le Touquet Paris Plage international airport , after them sending in their request six days after her death . on September 29 2022 in Balmoral Castle, United Kingdom due to old age.


The North France based airport in a French Town named after it , Touquet Paris Plage town endowed with forests favorable for hunts and shoots as well as fancy resorts attracted a number of British back in the 80s referring it to “ the most British of French”


In honor of the longest reigning British monarch Queen Elizabeth for 70 years , various sites allover the world have been named after her that’s to say Queen Elizabeth National Park in Uganda well known for accommodating the world’s big five (lions , hippopotamuses , elephants , crocodiles and leopards ) . Due to her exceptionality during her reign given that she rooted for a number of countries to join Common wealth and encouraged togetherness visiting all those part of the common wealth since it’s introduction in 1926.
