In the challenging times for the education sector, this comes as breather in the hot drought of criticism from the public . The public accuses the ministry of releasing a lot of quantity but less quality, enrolling a curriculum that is not revised to the lower secondary schools, poor state of all government schools , poor pay and delayed payment for majority of public institutions.
The pull up of such structures is a commendable effort by the ministry though majority of the stake holders consider this a future priority but luxury to the present day essentials and challenges of the sector.

The public has raised alarms on the state of public schools , payment delays. The outcry by the public has a clear voice that tells the ministry to focus on emergency priorities not future priorities like the new UNEB building.
