This year ,we hope to
raise UGX 1 billion to support our interventions in at least 10 public Primary Schools across the country .

Through the Kampala hills charity run funds are raised to renovate damaged primary schools access Uganda so as to improve the learning environment for students and reduce on school dropouts .
It is to take place on 2 nd July , 2023 at Kololo grounds setting off at 6am covering 21km . The run first kicked off in 2015 and has been happening annually not untill the break out of Covid 19 when the last run was held in 2019 and now here it comes again after two years.
During a pressconference Patrick Ayota Ag , Managing finance Director said , “ This year ,we hope to raise UGX 1 billion to support our interventions in at least 10 public Primary Schools across the country .

Over 10 companies have partnered with NSSF Kampala hills run to have refurnish more public schools such as Centenary bank , Umeme Limited , Crown beverages , Stanbic bank , Next media , New Vision
group and with Housing Finance bank being the main partner and contributed 150m. Funds from the
last run were used to refurnish 60 classroom including those in Kampala under KCCA , Soroti ,otuke
districts and Kisoro among others.
The Red Uganda Cross Society as part of the partners shall provide medical emergency Personnels during the said as said by Its spokes person Irene Nakasiita .
