The director of Kisugu High school Kasolo Celestine in Makindye locked up four S.4 candidates on 26 October, 2023 in a room from inside school from morning till evening leading to them missing some of the papers of their exams. After the exams were done, he opened for them to go .
Ochong Daniel an 18 year old candidate immediately went to Makindye Police station to file a case against Kasolo for unlawfully confining them . Immediately the director was arrested and on Monday taken to court , Kasolo claimed to have punished the students for indiscipline.
