As my friend left for England, he told me to watch out because this new curriculum is “shity”, this curse disguised as a blessing fell upon us as we started our secondary life, we were all so happy because we heard that there is no writing notes and that our subject studies where going to be less complex than they were from before, but this initially meant that we had to make our own notes from the lessons that we had.
The teachers are now instructors and they basically just sit there and just tell us what to do but yes its abit hard for those teachers to just sit around and watch us jazz all day instead they occasionally give us notes because well its just the way. So the reason my friend called this system shitty is because of the time period between the exams and the fact that one paper a year is exciting and scary at the same time. It is exciting because they just rely on ten activity averages to come up with a termly report. It’s really not that hard to perform well.
The scary part is the fact that the thought of combining at least 12 topics into one shitty exam is the worst. I have this paper once but am really not settled at all its thrice as hard to predict what exactly will be set in the paper. And the fact that most of these questions are scenario based .
Mannnn…..we have never had “new curriculum tests” before and these memes on the internet like the one that says “imagine you are termite write a speech for a farmer convincing him not cut down a bunch of trees”.
Mannnn….it’s really nerve cracking you have no idea what to expect whether you’re a bwat or a dwarf. None of us know what to expect. The kind of frustration that I am in right now is unimaginable; I even miss meals at times.
Anyways the best y’all can do is to get off our backs because we are basically bulking up an armory for a war where we don’t know what the enemy has in store for us. Just keep praying for us to get some guidance from the almighty and wish us the best to make this experience unshitty or whatever.
