When the Head teacher Sangaala Mahad reached the teacher’s quarters, Mr. Kabanda had left with all his property leaving the room empty. This surprised the head teacher since they had scheduled to take pupils for a study trip.

This fueled parents who attacked the school authorities accusing them of stealing their money and strongly demanded that the head teacher do everything in his power to see to it that the their children are taken on a study tour or else refund their money.

The police intervened before the situation got out of hand as parents were about to commit mob Justice on the teachers present. The police further discouraged greed that was showcased by a teacher who fled with student’s fees and promised to get hold of Mr. Kabanda.
